This development includes twenty-four units of new affordable housing designed for the Mutual Housing Association of Greater, Hartford, Inc. and is located in the Frog Hollow section of Hartford, CT.  The double-bay brick faced design is intended to emulate the historic nineteenth century “perfect six” housing model prevalent throughout Hartford’s residential neighborhoods.
