66 Union Street
NEW LONDON, CONNECTICUT

66 Union Street is a mixed-use redevelopment in downtown New London, Connecticut, transforming the site of the former First Congregational Church into 46 mixed-income apartments with ground-floor retail space. Designed to address the city's growing housing needs while honoring the site's history, the project will incorporate approximately 20 tons of salvaged granite and reclaimed brick from the historic church into a contemporary, energy-efficient building.

The Judd Homestead at Russo Estates

FAIRFIELD, CONNECTICUT

The Judd Homestead at Russo Estates is a new 40-unit affordable housing community in Fairfield, Connecticut, thoughtfully designed to provide high-quality homes in a high-opportunity neighborhood. The development includes supportive housing units and emphasizes sustainability, accessibility, and family-oriented living.

CHR Roots to Recovery
WILLIMANTIC, CONNECTICUT

CHR Roots to Recovery is an expansion and renovation of CHR's residential substance use treatment facility in Willimantic, Connecticut. Designed to support a growing need for recovery services, the project will enhance the campus with updated treatment spaces, expanded capacity, and modernized facilities that promote healing, dignity, and long-term recovery for men overcoming substance use disorders.

Waltersville Commons
BRIDGEPORT, CONNECTICUT

The plan for the adaptive reuse of the Historic Waltersville School (c. 1900) consists of the rehabilitation of the school structure and conversion of the classrooms to 70 units of mixed income rental housing. It also entails demolishing a neighboring garage to make way for a parking lot. The structure will be outfitted with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.

Willow Arms
SIMSBURY, CONNECTICUT

Willow Arms is the comprehensive redevelopment of a longstanding apartment community in Tariffville, Simsbury, Connecticut. The project will transform the property into 81 modern, mixed-income one- and two-bedroom apartments featuring high-performance building systems, energy-efficient upgrades, and enhanced community amenities designed to provide comfortable, sustainable homes for residents.

West Hartford Fellowship Housing
WEST HARTFORD, CONNECTICUT
