This 30 unit rehabilitation was performed for the Mutual Housing Association of Greater Hartford, Inc. The design included complete interior and exterior re-habilitation, as well as the addition of two handicapped units and accessibility.  Also included was a new Community Building containing an office, meeting room and handicapped accessible restroom.
