2004 Connecticut Community Development Association Award of Excellence for Affordable Housing Site Improvements

This 24 unit affordable housing development contains 18 townhouse units for families, and 6 flats for elderly citizens.  The site layout and exterior design is

intended to simulate a Town Green with building forms and materials sympathetic to the local historic architecture of Kent.  The project was developed by Kent Affordable Housing, Inc. and Community Builders, Inc. with funding provided by CHFA and a CBDG grant to the Town of Kent for off-site work.
