PAUL B. BAILEY ARCHITECT, LLC
Shetucket Village
These twenty units of 1970’s senior housing were so cramped and in such bad shape that the Sprague Housing Authority was having difficulty renting them. The architect solved these issues in the confines of a very tight site by making small additions which enlarged the living space and enhanced the visual appeal with new siding, windows and doors, highlighted by the roof gables which added interior height and exterior variety.
