Samuel's Court

This development consists of a new building containing a mix of supportive and affordable housing units and associated common areas. The 26,000 square foot structure is designed to blend well with the existing residential neighborhood by maintaining a two story height on the street side, and by breaking the façade into a series of gable “house” shapes, which relate well to the scale of surrounding one and two family housing.
