An extensive rehabilitation of a circa 1962 one-story elderly housing  development owned by the New Haven Housing Authority. Included are  the addition of a new sloped roof and extensive material replacements, such as siding, windows, doors, etc.  The project intended to thoroughly  transform the development’s  appearance and ambiance. Extensive interior reworking will change the unit count from 10 efficiencies and 13 one‐bedroom to 16 one‐bedroom units and no efficiencies.
