This 40 unit affordable Housing Development is designed with a Village concept, which was inspired by the New Milford Town Green. Included in the central Greenspace is a community building and a large tree‐shaded recreation area. The project was developed jointly by New Milford Affordable Housing, Inc. and The Women’s Institute for Housing and Economic Development.
