McQueeney Towers

Our firm worked with the Housing Authority of New Haven to renovate 159 units of affordable housing, which included adding a resident community room, revamping the design of kitchens, bathrooms and storage spaces, as well as replacing outdated and inefficient lighting fixtures, electrical panels, plumbing fixtures and fittings, range hoods, mechanical systems, installing carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, and asbestos removal.
