Chelsea Gardens
Master Plan
The master plan for this new 80-acre botanical garden facility contains several large public buildings designed in Victorian Style to complement the predominantly Victorian local architectural character of the Norwich area.

Included in the design are an observatory, a glass and metal detailed emporium inspired by Victorian railroad stations, a glass-roofed Orangerie which functions as an entry and lobby area, a single-domed show house intended for seasonal exhibits, and the palm house with two wings containing a fragrance house and a succulent house.
