The Pike, a new $40 million, 151-unit luxury apartment complex in Newington, has opened at 227 Pane Road. It features high-end units, a fitness center, and community amenities, with 10% of apartments designated as affordable housing. A ribbon-cutting ceremony marked its completion, highlighting efforts to address Connecticut's housing shortage.
