2017 Multi-Family Executive Award

Although well maintained since 1972, Squire Village had an extremely monotonous appearance with a dull, depressing ambiance. The $12,000,000 rehabilitation focused on critical areas where new funds would create the most improvements in the residents’ lives.

The jewel of the development is a new 9,000 sf multi-use community building, conceived as a focal point for new desired enhancements for residents.

The five L-shaped buildings’ wing intersections had “dead” storage space. These wasted areas were transformed into two-story lofts with high window walls bringing sunlight to both the downstairs and upstairs. These dramatic new units are in demand.
