This 40 unit senior housing project was designed for the Southwestern Connecticut Mutual Housing Association and the Town of Trumbull. The three and a half story building steps down the slope and employs upper floor dormers in order to decrease its apparent height in a residential neighborhood.

A vehicular bridge provides access to the site over an existing stream, and both the Community Room and adjacent outdoor terrace are designed to take advantage of the scenic views of this waterway.
