This new structure’s common areas and first floor commercial space are designed to provide a synergistic supportive environment for the residents. The 20 residential units occupy the upper two floors, with related common areas adjacent to the first floor entrance lobby. The first floor also contains a client service facility to serve both the building’s residents and CHR’s wider client population.
