The site for this 50‐unit supportive housing development is located adjacent to the newly revitalized Park Street Business Area in Hartford, CT. The building’s image is designed to relate well to the many three‐ and four‐story 19th century masonry structures in the area. Included in the building program are extensive common and support facilities for the residents, and offices for Immaculate Conception Shelter and Housing Corporation, the project’s developer.
