| The design proposed a new four-story, 31,500 square foot building, which contains 29 one-bedroom supportive housing apartments. Units averaging 480 square feet are located on the second, third, and fourth floors. Residential program areas on the ground floor include lobbies, mail room, security desk, staff and counseling offices, and a resident lounge. The ground floor also contains commercial space which fronts onto Whalley Avenue, an active business corridor. A basement contains mechanical rooms and storage. |
