This planning study for the Town of Westport provides guidelines for the development of Baron's South, a large heavily wooded parcel located near the Westport Town center and owned by the town. Section A represents a 50 unit senior housing facility. Section B represents a renovation and addition to the historic Baron's House into 23 senior housing units. Sections C and D represent renovations to existing houses into 9 units of family housing. The numbered buildings represent a 27 unit workforce housing townhouse cluster. |
