| This 24 unit affordable housing development contains 18 townhouse units for families and six flats for handicapped individuals and/or senior citizens. The site layout and exterior design is intended to simulate a Town Green with building forms and materials sympathetic to the local historic architecture of Kent. The project is developed by Kent Affordable Housing, Inc. and Community Builders, Inc. with funding provided by CHFA and a CBDG grant to the Town of Kent for off-site work. | |||||||||
