| This 68 unit rehabilitation, winner
of a 2005 Merit Award from the Connecticut Trust for Historic Preservation, was performed for the Mutual Housing Association of Greater Hartford, Inc. Included was the complete
rehabilitation of the interiors and exteriors of twelve
existing historic buildings and the creation of a new
building to blend in with the existing historic
fabric. The project also included
extensive site and landscaping
improvements with
the larger goal
of reclaiming and
reinvigorating
an entire city
neighborhood. |
