This project extensively renovated a 1915 brick apartment building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, which had fallen victim to fire damage and abandonment.  The interior unit layout was rearranged, creating 12 units of more spacious and efficient elderly housing, while still preserving the historic integrity of the building’s exterior.  Additionally, the design for Ormont Court’s adaptive reuse incorporated a new elevator and handicapped accessibility throughout the building.
