This 40 unit affordable housing development is designed with a village concept, which was inspired by the New Milford Town Green. Included in the central Green space is a community building and a large tree-shaded recreational area. The project is being developed jointly by New Milford Affordable Housing, Inc., and New Neighborhoods, Inc.
