  This 40 unit affordable elderly development is divided into two parts.  Eight newly constructed triplexes, designed to emulate Hartford’s “Perfect Six” historic archetype each contain three residential units for grandparents who are raising their grand-children.  Sixteen additional units for elderly residents whose dependents have moved on are located in a renovation of this historic circa 1920 St. Michael’s  School, which also contains extensive common areas.
