This project extensively renovated the historic Nathan Hale Hotel, originally built circa 1926, located on a prominent Main Street site in Willimantic, and included a major addition which wraps around the corner on Bank Street.  The five story structure contains 100 units of Pilots Initiative supportive housing units and extensive common areas.  The renovation includes extensive street level retail space which is intended to enliven the streetscape of downtown Willimantic, CT.
